Commission questions
Most pieces take 3–6 weeks from the approved sketch, depending on size and medium. Smaller pencil studies can be quicker; large oils or multi-subject scenes take a little longer. I’ll always give you a clear timeline before we begin.
A few clear, well-lit reference photos and a sentence or two about the feeling you’re after. The more you tell me — a favourite colour, where it’ll hang, the story behind it — the more personal the result.
Absolutely. We lock in the composition at the sketch stage, and I share progress as I paint.

A 50% deposit reserves your place in my calendar and covers materials. The remaining balance is due once you’ve seen and approved the finished piece, before it ships.
